On commencement of any new School contract or at the beginning of a new academic year, the Catering Manager and Lorraine will liaise with the school to ascertain what special diets and allergies need to be catered for in the forthcoming term. Sarah Flower, our nutritionist, will provide advice on unusual dietary requirements or out of the ordinary requests to ensure nutritional balance is maintained.
Where we do have pupils with serious allergies we liaise with the school to ensure that the pupil(s) in question are identified to all applicable employees. We will request information relating to symptoms and what action to take should a pupil suffer an allergic reaction.
