P&H recent Chefs’ Development Day was held at Monkton Senior School. P&H chefs and managers were given the opportunity to view and sample new and exciting breakfast dishes and presentation ideas to raise the bar on Palmer and Howells breakfast offerings at our Schools. There were new ideas for porridge and yoghurt dishes, grab and go ideas and bakery and drinks offers, helping the attendees look at breakfast in a new and different way.
Bath Bakery provided a master class in croissant making and everyone had the opportunity to roll out their own croissant.
All attendees received the new Palmer and Howells breakfast brochure which contains recipes, presentation ideas and promotional materials to help with implementing the new breakfast offerings.
