Chefs enjoy ‘Pasta Day’

Palmer and Howells latest Chefs’ Development Day was all about pasta. The day took place at the Leaf at Ham Green Restaurant, part of St Katherine’s School in Pill, and was supported by Brakes and De Cecco Pasta. Attendees had the opportunity to make fresh egg pasta including linguini, tagliatelle, ravioli and tortellini.  The De Cecco Pasta company gave a presentation on how pasta is made in Italy in their factory it was a very enjoyable and informative day.
