Palmer & Howells has appointed Jeremy Alderton as its managing director to grow the business and uphold its commitment to creating seasonal school menus featuring fresh and tasty ingredients that have been responsibly sourced from local suppliers.
Jeremy began his career as a chef working in restaurants and five-star hotels where he developed a passion for the hospitality business.
Jeremy has gained valuable expertise as an operator and sales director both in the education and business & industry sectors. Over an eight year period Jeremy successfully led and grew an independent education business.

Palmer & Howells provides catering services for around 20 independent day and boarding schools. It is committed to delivering ‘healthy, delicious and fun’ menus which encourage positive eating patterns and habits that will enhance wellbeing both at school and in future lives.
