Palmer & Howells, specialist independent school and workplace caterer, has appointed Ryan Wilson as Head of Food.

With over three decades of experience in the culinary world, Ryan is a seasoned professional with a knack for creating fresh, seasonal dishes that are both contemporary and delicious. He has been Executive Chef at many prestigious schools including Wellington College, Wycombe Abbey and Caterham School. As a skilled chef and dynamic leader, Ryan has recently been involved in shaping the future landscape of workplace catering across the UK and Ireland.

Joining Palmer & Howells as the Head of Food, Ryan will continue to revolutionise and disrupt the world of contract catering with his innovative approach and commitment to excellence.

Ryan joined/joins Palmer & Howells in early March and will foster creativity to grow the business while devising seasonal and appetising menus.

When he’s not in the kitchen, Ryan can be found exploring the great outdoors with his wife, Lisa, or indulging his creative side through videography and photography, often capturing stunning aerial shots with his drone.
